
Colt McKelvey

Attorney Colt McKelvey is a native of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Colt graduated from Widener Commonwealth Law School with a J.D. Prior to law school, Colt attended Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. He graduated with a degree in Accounting. Colt worked as an accountant before deciding to attend law school.
Attorney McKelvey is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He serves clients throughout the Commonwealth.
Attorney McKelvey is the President of the Board of Directors of the Deer Creek Cemetery Association and is their pro bono solicitor. Colt also serves as a director on the board of Tomorrow's Hope, LLC, a non-profit for military veterans.
Colt also is a licensed broker and investment adviser. Colt has taken and passed the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licensing exams.
Colt is married to his wife, Rachel McKelvey. Colt and Rachel are the parents of two daughters.
Attorney McKelvey is a member of Trinity PCA church in Richland, Pennsylvania, an Eagle Scout, a pilot, and a huge Steeler fan.
