Prior to law school, Colt attended Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a degree in Accounting. Colt worked as an accountant before attending law school.

She has also helped many in their termination and adoption matters, along with name changes, guardianships, and the preparation of wills and power of attorneys. Rachel McKelvey is a legal assistant with McKelvey Law Offices, LLC. Prior to working for McKelvey Law, Rachel worked as a physical therapist assistant for over 10 years. Mrs. McKelvey is the wife of Attorney Colt McKelvey. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her children, dog Theo, and her husband.
